Prestigious Bulgarian organizations are launching a large-scale competition for independent evaluators within the framework of a European program for civic initiatives, with candidates required to meet specific professional criteria.

On June 27, 2025, two leading civil institutes – "Open Society - Sofia" and "Workshop for Civic Initiatives", announce a large-scale procedure for selecting external experts. The initiative is part of a major international project "Partnership of Civil Society Organizations for Impact on Rights and Values" (PACT), which receives financial support from the CERV program of the European Commission.

Candidates for evaluators must submit their documents in Bulgarian by July 18, 2025. The mandatory set of materials includes a completed standard application form and a detailed professional CV that demonstrates relevant expert experience.

Documents should be sent electronically to the official email [email protected] with the exact subject: "Competition for External Evaluators". The organizers reserve the right to request additional evidence confirming the professional profile declared by the candidates.
