Accessible Assistive Devices for People with Disabilities: New Online Lists

The official electronic platform of the Ministry of Labor and Social Policy has launched a large-scale information campaign regarding the project "Provision of Assistive Devices for People with Permanent Disabilities". Detailed registers of approved and waiting candidate users have been published through a specially developed web portal.

Interested parties can perform a complete check of their status through two main electronic channels: the ministry's official website (https://www.mlsp.government.bg/proekt-predostavyane-na-pomoshchni-sredstva-na-litsa-s-trayni-uvrezhdaniya) and the website of the Social Assistance Agency.

The system allows searching by the entry number of the initially submitted application, which ensures maximum transparency of the entire process. In parallel with the personal registers, an up-to-date list of confirmed assistive device providers has been published.

The dynamic database will be updated daily, according to incoming and verified provider applications. For approved candidate users, an additional procedure is provided - they will receive an official certificate directly at the specified home address.

After receiving the document, beneficiaries should contact a specific vendor from the official register of providers. This approach aims to maximize ease and transparency in the implementation of the social program.
