Pomorie Municipality hereby notifies all interested individuals and legal entities of an investment proposal received via RIEW – Burgas. The project involves the construction of two single-family residential buildings and a tubular well.

The site is planned for land plot with identifier 35033.15.126 on the cadastral map of the town of Kableshkovo, located in the "Laleto" area. The investor for this proposal is the company "Bulgarian Real Estates" OOD. The procedure is being carried out in accordance with the requirements of Article 4, paragraph 1 of the Ordinance on the conditions and procedure for conducting environmental impact assessments.
