According to the information, in March, a personal assistant of a 56-year-old woman in a disadvantaged position threatened her and forced her to transfer two of her apartments to him. An investigative and operational team was immediately formed, which visited the victim on site. Sufficient facts and circumstances have been established, reported to the Sofia City Prosecutor's Office. Pre-trial proceedings have been instituted under Article 214 of the Criminal Code, and witnesses have been questioned.
The man was detained by officers from the Sixth Police Station, and after the materials were reported to the Sofia City Prosecutor's Office, he was charged. The victim had also become the object of another crime committed by the 51-year-old man - he had stolen a large sum of money and jewelry from her apartment. In the course of the urgent operational and investigative actions taken, premises used by the detainee were found, where the items subject to the crime were found and seized - a cash amount of 53,000 leva and jewelry.
