CPC Approves Deal Between Carl Zeiss and Optics Factory - Panagyurishte

The Commission for Protection of Competition (CPC) has given the green light for a significant deal in the optical industry, approving the acquisition of joint control over "Optical Factory" AD in Panagyurishte by the German giant "Carl Zeiss Jena" GmbH and a group of Bulgarian investors. This decision marks an important moment for the development of high-tech manufacturing in Bulgaria.
