Virtues and Family Values in the "Dr. Maria Montessori" School

Dr. Maria Montessori Private Language High School in Burgas has started a special thematic week dedicated to virtues and family values. The initiative, entitled "Week of Virtues and Family Values", is organized with an emphasis on kindness, empathy, and the strength of the family. The event takes place in the context of the School's Holiday, which is celebrated on November 21st – the Day of the Christian Family and Youth, and is an integral part of the annual program of the educational institution.

The atmosphere in the school is filled with enthusiasm, as both teachers and students are involved in the preparation for the week. This initiative is realized in partnership with the "Healthcare, Prevention and Social Activities" Directorate of Burgas Municipality, with the motto of the event being: "Kindness starts with us." In the spirit of this message, the program is rich and diverse.

According to the program, visits to social and retirement clubs will be held during the week, as well as various volunteer initiatives aimed at helping those in need. In addition, workshops will be organized, designed for both parents and students, where they can share experiences and learn together. Family creative activities and artistic performances complement the program, creating an opportunity for communication and strengthening family ties.

The culmination of the thematic week is scheduled for November 21st, when the school will celebrate its holiday. On this day, a celebration will take place, filled with greetings and student performances, which promise to be inspiring. The program also includes the presentation of the "Tree of Virtues", symbolizing the growth and development of positive qualities. There will also be a screening of a video that will demonstrate the school's successes and the efforts of students and teachers. Finally, the participants in the school competition, held in three different categories, will be awarded to mark their efforts and achievements.
