The Shumen Industrial Park receives 3.5 million leva for development.
The Ministry of Innovation and Growth is allocating 3.5 million levs for the development of the industrial zone in Shumen. The project includes the construction, reconstruction, and rehabilitation of the technical infrastructure to attract new investors and create over 100 new jobs.
Upcoming repair activities on the water and sewerage network in Burgas will restrict traffic.
Burgas Municipality informs that from June 23, 2025, for a period of 3 months, a temporary traffic organization will be introduced on Debelt Street in connection with the start of repair activities on the water supply and sewerage network. Two sections of the street will be closed to motor vehicles.

The program continues to operate and the Minister called on mayors to direct funds towards improving the water supply network.

The Ministry of Regional Development and Public Works announced the opening of a second call for applications with concepts for integrated territorial investments (ITI) under the Regional Development Program 2021-2027. Repair works on Trakia motorway restrict traffic for two days
The Road Infrastructure Agency announces upcoming repair activities on the Trakia Motorway at km 342 in the direction of Burgas. Traffic will be restricted in the active and emergency lanes from June 16 to 18, and drivers must follow the rules and restrictions to ensure travel safety.
The government is accelerating the energy modernization of residential buildings with new 50 million leva.
The Ministry of Regional Development and Public Works signed 49 new agreements worth 82 million levs for energy efficiency of residential buildings in 24 municipalities. The second stage of the National Energy Efficiency Program, financed with budget funds, is expected to start in the fall. The government is actively working to accelerate the renovation projects of multi-family buildings.
The Municipality of Pomorie introduces a new traffic organization in the city center.
The municipal authorities in Pomorie approved a project for changes in the organization of traffic on "P. K. Yavorov" Street and in the "St. George" neighborhood. The new road markings and signage will be gradually introduced, with a grace period for drivers to adapt.

The Municipality of Burgas is launching a large-scale program for energy efficiency of residential buildings. In the first stage, 30 blocks have been approved, and their renovation is already underway. Additionally, the municipality has announced new public procurement for the engineering of another 22 buildings, approved for financing under the Recovery and Resilience Plan.
Active efforts to build bicycle and pedestrian routes around the lakes in Burgas
The Bulgarian Biodiversity Foundation (BBF) has been working for more than a year to create new routes for cyclists, pedestrians, and motorists around the lakes in Burgas, in order to connect people with the natural environment and provide access to these areas without harming their inhabitants. The organization collaborates with the Municipality of Burgas and local enthusiasts to test and improve routes, such as the one around Lake Mandra.
Pomorie with large-scale infrastructure modernization of the central city part
The Municipality of Pomorie has launched a major repair of streets, sidewalks, and reconstruction of the water supply and sewerage network in the central part of the town. The first phase of the project provides for the asphalting of "St. St. Cyril and Methodius" square, which requires the temporary suspension of parking in the area.
