Owners and residents of the "Forest Club" complex in the "Baba Alino" area near Varna have submitted a petition demanding an immediate cessation of demolition activities on the residential buildings and the protection of the rights of bona fide purchasers. This is stated in a position by "KUB Corporation".

The petition demands that all actions related to the destruction of the buildings be suspended until the case is definitively clarified. Residents insist on guaranteeing the protection of the "bona fide purchasers" of the properties, ensuring that hundreds of families are not left homeless and without their savings, and ensuring that citizens will not bear the consequences of any potential administrative, institutional, or other violations for which they are not to blame.

"KUB Corporation" states that it fully supports the owners' demands and calls on the institutions for a "fair, lawful, and responsible" resolution to the situation. It is emphasized that the company continues to cooperate with the competent authorities and provide the necessary documentation within the framework of ongoing inspections.

"Our position remains consistent: the case must be resolved solely through legal actions, institutional dialogue, and legal protection. We believe it is of key importance for the state to ensure a balance between public interest, legality, and the rights of citizens who have acted in good faith. Potential extreme measures, taken before the final completion of inspections and legal procedures, could lead to severe social and financial consequences for hundreds of families," write "KUB Corporation".

The case brings to the agenda the question of protecting people who have invested their funds in real estate under the conviction that they are acting in accordance with the law, and who expect the state to provide predictability and legal security in such situations.
