The construction of the indoor swimming pool in the "Cherno More" residential complex in Nessebar is in its final stages. The facade of the building has been completed, as well as the horizontal planning, including the parking area, pedestrian spaces, and landscaping.
The hall, which houses the facility, is entirely built. The elevator serving the second level has been installed, as well as all heating, ventilation, and lighting systems, along with the service installations.
"The realization of the project is a key step in the development of the sports infrastructure of Nessebar Municipality. This long-awaited facility will provide year-round conditions for swimming and training for both local and visiting sports clubs, as well as for water sports enthusiasts. The pool will provide an opportunity for training, competitions, and various sports initiatives aimed at an active lifestyle among the most active generation," said the Mayor of the Municipality, Nikolay Dimitrov.
The project is part of the policy of Nessebar Municipality to create an environment that stimulates physical and sports culture among young people. The construction of modern sports infrastructure promotes a healthy lifestyle, social engagement, and opportunities for children and young people to express themselves.
Last but not least, with the realization of the project in the "Cherno More" residential complex, a comprehensive zone for active recreation is being formed, including playgrounds and open areas for various types of sports, which will provide opportunities for physical activity for people of all ages.
