Traffic is difficult at the border crossing points Kapitan Andreevo and Kalotina. According to information from Border Police, increased traffic is expected in the afternoon towards Sofia.
What is the situation?
- At Kapitan Andreevo there are congestion and measures have been taken to ease traffic.
- The movement of heavy goods vehicles over 12 tons will be restricted today from 15:30 to 22:00 on the Trakia and Struma motorways, as well as through the Kresna Gorge.
- Traffic at the border with Greece, Romania and North Macedonia is normal.
