New rules for noise and fireworks in Pomorie
In order to ensure the peace of the residents and guests of the city, with Order No. RD-16-1325/06.07.2026, the Municipality of Pomorie introduces restrictions regarding the use of pyrotechnic devices.
Important: Conducting illuminations and using fireworks in settlements within the territory of the municipality is prohibited in the interval from 23:00 to 08:00.
How to organize an event with fireworks?
If you are planning a public, mass, cultural, or sports event that involves the use of fireworks, you must comply with the following requirements:
- Prior notification to the respective town hall of Pomorie Municipality.
- Mandatory notification of the Regional Police Department – Pomorie.
These measures are aimed at limiting noise pollution and ensuring public order during night hours.
