The maximum temperatures will be before noon – between 2° and 7°, in Sofia – around 3°.
Over the mountains, the cloud cover will be variable, more often significant. Mainly in the Balkan Mountains, there will be snowfall and snowstorms on the mountain passes. There will be a gusty northwesterly wind, bringing in cold air, and during the day the temperatures will drop. Around 2 PM, the temperature at an altitude of 1200 meters will be around minus 5°, at 2000 meters – around minus 7°.
Over the Black Sea coast, there will be variable cloud cover. There will be a moderate to strong west-northwesterly wind. The maximum temperatures will be between 4° and 7°. The sea water temperature is 8°-11°. The sea state will be 2-3 Beaufort.
