Temporary traffic organization on the A1 "Trakia" motorway
The Road Infrastructure Agency (RIA) notifies drivers that repair works are upcoming on facilities of the "Trakia" motorway, which require temporary traffic restrictions:
Period: from 6:00 PM on June 3 (Wednesday) to 6:00 PM on June 5 (Friday).
- In the direction of Sofia: Traffic is restricted between km 274 and km 275. The Yambol – Sofia connection at the "Yambol" junction is also closed. Traffic is conducted in both directions in the lane for Burgas.
- Alternative routes: Use the "Nova Zagora" and "Zimnitsa" junctions.
- In the direction of Burgas: Traffic is restricted between km 284 and km 285. Traffic is redirected entirely into the lane for Sofia.
The construction and repair activities are being carried out by "Avtomagistrali" EAD. The RIA apologizes for the inconvenience and urges drivers to drive with increased caution.
