Vietnamese President Vo Van Thuong sent congratulations to his Bulgarian counterpart Iliana Iotova on the occasion of the 148th anniversary of the Liberation of Bulgaria, reported the Vietnam News Agency (VNA).
Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh congratulated his Bulgarian counterpart Andrey Gyurov, and the Chairman of the National Assembly of Vietnam Tran Thanh Man sent a congratulatory telegram to the Chairman of the National Assembly of Bulgaria Raya Nazaryan.
The Minister of Foreign Affairs Le Hoai Trung also sent a similar message on this occasion to his Bulgarian counterpart Nadezhda Neynsky.
