The Regional Employment Bureau in Pomorie has launched a large-scale initiative to support the local labor market through targeted financial programs. The initiative covers employers from the municipalities of Pomorie and Nesebar, offering numerous opportunities for hiring staff under simplified conditions.
The main directions of the program include three key sections with differentiated financial resources. The first section is focused on training and employment measures, which provides special incentives for employers wishing to create new job positions.
Among the most attractive options are incentive measures for hiring employees from vulnerable groups. Specifically for unemployed persons over 55 years old, financial subsidies of 8068 leva are envisaged. Additional funds are also provided for individuals with primary or lower education - 8088 leva, as well as for unemployed without professional qualifications.
The second and third sections cover national training and employment programs aimed at activating long-term unemployed individuals. These programs are designed to integrate people distant from the labor market as quickly as possible.
Applications for participation in the programs have specific time parameters. For most measures, a seven-day period is set - from July 31 to August 8, 2025 inclusive. Employers can submit applications directly to local employment bureaus.
The approval process involves several levels of evaluation. For most measures, approval is required from the Cooperation Council of the Employment Bureau, which works according to a specially developed methodology by the Ministry of Labor and Social Policy.
