New rules for investment schemes

The Parliament adopted a work program, focusing on the second reading of amendments to the Law on the Activities of Collective Investment Schemes. The goal is an adaptation to European directives, which will facilitate the access of small and medium-sized enterprises to capital.

The changes provide for a reduction of the administrative burden for investment intermediaries and the optimization of the powers between the FSC and the BNB.
