The Mayor of Pomorie Municipality, Ivan Aleksiev, issued Order No. RD-16-243 of 27.02.2026, which extends the deadline for the repair of "Aheloy" Street. This concerns the activities for the repair of the domestic-fecal sewage system and the water supply in the section from "Stara Planina" Street to "Kraybrezhna" Street.
The initially planned deadline for the construction and repair works was determined by Order No. RD-16-2142/20.11.2025 and extended by Order No. RD-16-64/21.01.2026. The new order extends the deadline to 5:00 PM on 31.03.2026.
The order was issued on the basis of Art. 44, para. 2 of the Law on Local Self-Government and Local Administration, in connection with temporary traffic safety organization and in view of force majeure circumstances.
