Up-to-date information on border traffic
As of 06:00, crossing through all border control checkpoints (BCP) in the country is proceeding normally, the General Directorate of Border Police reports.
Border with Romania
Traffic is normal at all crossings. Border Police reminds that:
- Traffic on the Danube Bridge at Ruse - Giurgiu has been restored in both lanes following repairs.
- The Oryahovo – Bechet and Svishtov – Zimnicea ferry connections are temporarily non-operational due to the low water level of the Danube River.
Border with Greece
Traffic is normal at all checkpoints:
- Light vehicles and minibuses up to 3.5 tons can pass through "Rudozem", "Zlatograd", "Makaza", and "Ivaylovgrad".
- All types of vehicles, including buses and trucks, pass through "Kulata", "Ilinden", and "Kapitan Petko Voyvoda".
Border with Turkey, Serbia, and the Republic of North Macedonia
Traffic at all border checkpoints with our neighboring countries is proceeding normally and without additional restrictions at the time of the check.
