Up-to-date information on border crossing traffic
As of 6:00 a.m., traffic at all border crossing points (BCP) in the country is completely normal, according to the General Directorate of Border Police.
Drivers crossing the border with Romania should be cautious due to repair work on the bridge facility at the Ruse – Giurgiu BCP, where traffic is being regulated.
Situation by neighboring countries:
- Romania: Traffic is normal, with the exception of the repair work at Ruse-Giurgiu.
- Greece: Crossing is normal. Only cars and vans up to 3.5 tons can pass through Rudozem, Zlatograd, Makaza, and Ivaylovgrad. Heavy goods vehicles and buses pass through Kulata, Ilinden, and Kapitan Petko Voyvoda.
- North Macedonia and Serbia: Traffic is calm and normal at all points.
