Heavy goods vehicle incident on Trakia Motorway
Traffic in the area of the 109th km of the Trakia Motorway, in the direction of Burgas, is being diverted to the left lane only, according to the Plovdiv police.
The temporary restriction is being introduced due to the ongoing operation to remove a semi-truck that caught fire around 01:00 this morning.
The cargo is awaiting transshipment, with teams from the Regional Road Administration and Traffic Police working on site. The cleanup of the incident scene is expected to be completed by noon.
