Severe tractor accident in the village of Draganovo
A 68-year-old man was severely injured in a tractor accident in the village of Draganovo, the Regional Directorate of the Ministry of Interior in Burgas reported. The incident occurred while the man was operating the agricultural machine within the village.
According to preliminary information, the tractor skidded, which led to it going off the road.
Before the machine overturned into a ravine, the driver managed to jump out of the cabin, but nevertheless sustained multiple injuries to his body. The victim has been hospitalized, and doctors are currently fighting for his life.
Incidents involving heavy machinery are becoming more frequent
This case comes just days after a tragic accident in the Sliven village of Trapoklovo. On August 18, the village mayor, Kiril Kirov, died in a similar tractor accident, which brings focus to safety when operating heavy agricultural machinery.
