Thanks to the new integration, Nike Run Club and Nike Training Club users will be able to automatically send their workouts to the Strava platform. There they will have the opportunity to participate in challenges, receive coaching tips, and share their progress with over 100 million active users worldwide.

According to Strava, participation in a community increases the average distance traveled by 21% and extends the duration of workouts by 10%. The integration with Nike apps is part of Strava's strategy to foster continuity and motivation through easy data exchange between different platforms.

The new functionality will also provide access to content from Nike, including training programs and expert guidance, directly in Strava. This will add additional value to the overall user experience.
