Direct flights between Yerevan and Burgas will start on June 4th, announced during the opening of the Bulgarian-Armenian expo forum EuroBridge 2026.
The forum, which is taking place at the Flora Expo Center, brings together producers and businesses from Armenia and Bulgaria. The goal is to create new partnerships and develop trade relations between the two countries.
The direct Yerevan – Burgas flight line will operate every Thursday by the Electra airline. It will facilitate business contacts, tourism, and economic exchange.
“Burgas can be a gateway to the European Union for Armenian goods, and the opportunities for cooperation between the two countries are numerous, with tourism being one of the most promising areas” - Mayor Dimitar Nikolov.
The Ambassador of Armenia, H.E. Ms. Tzovinar Hambartzumyan, expressed gratitude for the friendly attitude and initiative of the mayor.
The forum is organized by Made by Armenians, the Armenian-Bulgarian Association for Cooperation, and AM-BG IMPEX with the support of the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Armenia, the Embassy of Armenia in Bulgaria, the Armenian-Bulgarian Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Burgas Municipality, and BTPP.
The event is in a B2B format and presents a variety of products - alcoholic beverages, chocolate, canned food, tea, coffee, healthy products, jewelry, and building materials. Companies from the tourism, logistics, real estate, and investment sectors are also participating.
The main goal of EuroBridge 2026 is to encourage trade exchange, create new opportunities for partnerships, and facilitate the finding of distributors and business contacts.
The forum continues on April 17th from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM with B2B meetings and open access for visitors, and on April 18th it will be held from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM.
