Sport as a Key to Inclusion: A Successful Conclusion to the Summer Camp in Nessebar

With many smiles, sports excitement, and a festive mood, the latest edition of the traditional summer camp for adapted water sports came to an end. The event was held at the "Vasil Levski" National Sports Academy base in Nessebar and once again proved that sport knows no boundaries.

The initiative confirms the successful partnership between the Municipality of Nessebar and the "Vasil Levski" National Sports Academy in supporting people with disabilities.

Olympic Spirit and Medals for Everyone

The final day coincided with the celebration of International Olympic Day. The participants took part in a festive procession and demonstration competitions, adapted to their individual capabilities. Each of them received well-deserved medals and certificates for their sportsmanship.

Prof. Nikolay Izov, Assistant Rector of the National Sports Academy, expressed his gratitude to the Municipality of Nessebar for their long-standing support, emphasizing that an active lifestyle and equal access to sports are a priority for the development of society.
