The Ministry of Interior (MIA) announced statistics on road traffic accidents in Bulgaria. In the last 24 hours, 18 accidents were registered, in which 30 people were injured. There were no fatalities during the same period.
Since the beginning of the month, there have been 325 accidents, in which 20 people have died and 424 have been injured.
Since the beginning of the year, the statistics show 1567 accidents, 111 fatalities and 1969 injured.
When comparing with the data from the same period of 2025, we note an increase of 8 fatalities among road users in 2026.
