The Ministry of Labor and Social Policy announced a large-scale plan to support Ukrainian refugees, which will take effect from July 2025. The multi-format program aims to provide comprehensive support to forcibly displaced foreigners through complex integration mechanisms.
The key areas include in-depth language training in Bulgarian, targeted psychological support, and active measures for professional adaptation. The strategy envisages creating specialized consulting centers that will provide personalized assistance to Ukrainian citizens.
The innovative approach involves close cooperation between state institutions, non-governmental organizations, and representatives of the business sector. Through joint initiatives, opportunities for employment and social integration of refugees will be expanded.
The first analytical results of the program's implementation are expected by the end of 2025. Experts predict a significant positive effect on the adaptation of Ukrainian citizens in Bulgarian society.
