Sirni Zagovezni, also known as Forgiveness Sunday, is one of the most important holidays in the Bulgarian folk calendar. Pomorie will once again observe the traditions of this day, so that together we can banish Evil and invite Good into our souls and homes. The holiday this year is on February 22, 2026 /Sunday/ and the Kukeri of Kempena will participate – amateur performers from Pomorie and the region, led by Dragoy Kataliev. The attractive Kukeri group will perform at 11:00 AM on the central pedestrian street, in the area around the Luna Park.
