US foreign policy moves to a decisive stage of military support for Ukraine, with President Donald Trump introducing a revolutionary approach to providing defense systems. Through a mechanism where NATO covers the full costs, the US will provide critically important defense technologies.
The official resumption of military aid after a brief pause in July 2025 includes priority deliveries of key systems. These include Patriot interceptor missiles, 155-mm artillery shells, GMLRS rockets for HIMARS platforms, and precision Hellfire missiles.
According to intelligence sources, Trump plans his first military package of about 300 million dollars, which will include modern defense technologies. Currently, Ukraine has six full Patriot batteries - two from the US, two from Germany, one joint German-Dutch, and one Romanian.
