The position of SGKK – Varna regarding the properties in "Baba Alino"
Employees at the Geodesy, Cartography and Cadastre Agency (SGKK) – Varna have not committed any legal violations in their work on the "Baba Alino" case. This was stated by the suspended head, Eng. Krasimira Bozhkova, in an official statement.
"Cadastre authorities cannot refuse to register existing buildings due to a lack of construction documents," emphasizes Bozhkova.
Key highlights:
- Registry activity: The Cadastre acts as a registry authority, not as a supervisory or investigative one.
- Legal requirements: The Cadastre Act does not distinguish between legal and illegal constructions – all existing properties must be recorded.
- Responsibility: The registration is carried out based on documents signed by authorized persons, who bear personal responsibility for their accuracy.
Eng. Bozhkova described the suggestions of violations as incorrect and manipulative, emphasizing that SGKK strictly fulfills its legal powers.
