"This technology is a threat to our future," warns Serhiy Beskrestnov, who has just acquired a captured Russian drone.

It turned out that this is not an ordinary drone. With the help of artificial intelligence, this unmanned aerial vehicle can find and attack targets independently.

Beskrestnov has reviewed numerous drones in his role as a consultant to the Ukrainian defense forces.

Unlike other models, this one did not send or receive any signals, which is why it could not be jammed.

Russian and Ukrainian forces are testing artificial intelligence in the war, and in some areas they are already using it - for detecting targets, gathering intelligence, and demining.

And for the Ukrainian army, artificial intelligence has become an indispensable tool.

"Our army receives more than 50,000 video streams [from the front line] every month, which are analyzed by artificial intelligence," says the Deputy Minister of Defense of Ukraine, Yuriy Mironenko.

"This helps us quickly process this massive data, identify targets, and map them."

The scene is harsh. Against the backdrop of continuous explosions, the future of war is revealed before the world - a future dominated by artificial intelligence. A captured Russian drone, capable of attacking independently, hints at the dangers that this technological race holds. Beskrestnov, an experienced consultant in the Ukrainian defense forces, is among the first to realize the scale of the threat.

The analysis of the provided data reflects the desire of both sides to integrate new technologies into combat operations. It is obvious that Russia is not lagging behind in this area, presenting a new challenge for the Ukrainian forces. This technology, as Beskrestnov emphasizes, represents a real risk. The lack of signals that could be intercepted or jammed makes this type of drone particularly dangerous.
