Leading medical experts revealed epoch-making results from a large-scale cardiological study that overturns previous understandings of physical activity. The scientific research, published in the prestigious "Journal of Cardiology" in July 2025, demonstrates unexpected conclusions regarding the effectiveness of short intensive workouts.
