National campaign for activation of "eHealth"
The National Health Insurance Fund (NHIF) and the Ministry of Health have launched a large-scale nationwide campaign to assist citizens in activating the "eHealth" mobile application.
The application provides real-time access to examinations, tests, prescriptions, and referrals in each patient's electronic health record.
Where can you get assistance?
- RHIF field offices: Already operating across the country for quick setup of the application.
- Regional Health Inspections (RHI): As of July 29, a permanent organization for assistance has been introduced, including mobile outreach teams.
- Public places: Teams will visit municipalities and state institutions to assist citizens.
The schedules of the mobile teams and the addresses of the offices are published on the official websites of the respective institutions. If discrepancies are found in the health record, the application allows for a direct report to be submitted to the NHIF for subsequent verification.
