The refugee-integration.bg platform, officially presented in July 2025, is the result of a large-scale international project funded by the UN High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR).
The innovative website offers comprehensive information about the rights and obligations of persons with international protection. Users receive detailed instructions regarding administrative procedures, healthcare, language training, and professional realization.
Specially developed sections cover key areas such as family reunification, educational opportunities, and employment. The platform is in line with European support standards and mechanisms while addressing the specifics of the Bulgarian market.
The main project goal is unique – to create an effective communication bridge between various institutions, non-governmental organizations, and refugee communities. The digital solution serves both employees in municipal centers and directly to refugees seeking reliable information support.
