The final stage of the reconstruction of "Parva" Street in the section from the "Kalofer" hotel to the last traffic light intersection in Sunny Beach is progressing.

Initially, the street lighting project was completed. Currently, work is underway on the construction of a local lane, which will provide access to a roadside parking zone, as well as on the formation of a green buffer with drip irrigation and new sidewalks.

Asphalting of the local lane and complete resurfacing of the main traffic lane are upcoming.

"Parva" Street plays a key role in the transport and economic connectivity of Nessebar, as it is currently the only connection to Sunny Beach - east. Nessebar Municipality has a project to build a parallel street, the realization of which will lead to a significant reduction in traffic congestion and stress, especially during the summer months when traffic is at its peak. We are currently carrying out a comprehensive repair and modernization of the internal-quarter infrastructure in the New Nessebar area, as well as rehabilitation and renovation of the existing street network in different parts of the city and settlements in the municipality," said Mayor Nikolay Dimitrov.

"The aim of the infrastructure projects we are implementing is to improve the vision and competitiveness of the area, by creating better conditions for movement and parking for both citizens and guests of Nessebar Municipality," he added.
