The traffic organization on the "Trakia" motorway in the Pazardzhik and Burgas regions will be temporarily changed to carry out short repair works on October 30 and 31.
On October 30, tomorrow, between 8:00 and 18:00, repairs will be carried out in the lane for Sofia in small sections at the 85th and 86th kilometer of the motorway in the Pazardzhik region. During the activities, traffic in the active and emergency lane will be restricted, and traffic will be redirected to the overtaking lane.
On the same day, in the section from the 103rd to the 104th kilometer, guardrails will be replaced in the middle dividing strip. Traffic in the overtaking lanes in the direction of Burgas and Sofia will be gradually restricted. Vehicles will pass in the free lanes.
On Friday, October 31, from 8:00 to 18:00, the pavement in the lane for Sofia will be repaired in the section from the 83rd to the 85th kilometer. Traffic in the active and emergency lane will be restricted, and traffic will be redirected to the overtaking lane.
In parallel with the activities in the Pazardzhik regions, repair works will also be carried out in two sections in the Burgas region on October 30 and 31.
Until October 30, the repair of the pavement in the lane for Sofia will continue in the section from the 351st to the 353rd kilometer of the "Trakia" motorway. Construction and assembly works in the 2-kilometer section in the Burgas region started on October 20, with traffic in the active lane in the area of the "Bulgarovo" road junction being restricted during their implementation. Traffic passes in the overtaking lane.
On October 31, between 8:00 and 18:00, short-term repairs will be carried out in a section with a length of 350 meters at the 335th kilometer in the Burgas region. The activities will be in the lane for Sofia, with the passage in the active lane being restricted, and traffic will be carried out in the overtaking lane.
The "Road Infrastructure" Agency appeals to drivers to be careful, to observe the traffic rules and speed limits, and to avoid risky overtaking that endanger the safety of other road users.
