Investigation into violence against a minor in Radomir
The District Prosecutor's Office in Pernik has taken over an investigation under fast-track proceedings regarding a case of coercion and violence against a 12-year-old boy from the town of Radomir. The investigators' actions began following the dissemination of a video on social media, which sparked a widespread public outcry.
According to initial data, the boy was forced to perform acts against his will, and physical violence was inflicted upon him through beating.
Actions taken by the institutions
