Football icon Radoslav Zdravkov celebrates his birthday with an impressive career, including three championship titles and participation in a World Cup.

The football club CSKA solemnly celebrated the 69th anniversary of their legendary personality Radoslav Zdravkov, whose sports biography is extremely rich and remarkable. The attacking midfielder, who wore the club colors between 1979 and 1986, remains one of the brightest players in the team's history.

His professional career is marked by impressive achievements - three-time champion of Bulgaria, multiple cup and significant award winner. Zdravkov has three consecutive championship titles (1980/81, 1981/82, 1982/83), won Bulgarian and Soviet Army cups, and a memorable semi-final placement in the European Champions Cup in 1982.

His individual successes are no less remarkable. He was awarded the title of "Master of Sports" in 1979 and named Bulgaria's Footballer of the Year in 1982. His statistics are extremely impressive - over 220 matches for CSKA with 67 goals scored and 75 matches with 10 goals for the national team.

A particularly memorable moment in his career was participation in the World Cup in Mexico, where Zdravkov took part in all four matches of the Bulgarian national team. His dedication to football continued even after the end of his playing career.

After his active sports career, Radoslav Zdravkov returned to CSKA as a coach, holding various positions. He was an assistant coach under Stoicho Mladenov during the 2002/03 and 2003/04 seasons, winning a championship title. Later, he worked as a coach during the periods of March 2009 - January 2010 and April 2015 - May 2015.

Recently, Zdravkov was part of the club's scouting unit before leaving this position. CSKA wished him health, happiness, and future success, noting his significant contribution to Bulgarian football.
