Historic success for Bulgarian rhythmic gymnastics
Stiliana Nikolova once again proved her class by winning a silver medal in the individual all-around at the Rhythmic Gymnastics World Championships in the German city of Frankfurt. This distinction is especially valuable as it secures a quota for Bulgaria for the upcoming 2028 Olympic Games in Los Angeles.
Nikolova finished with a total score of 117.600 points, demonstrating exceptional consistency across all four apparatuses.

In the second rotation, the coaching staff successfully filed an inquiry for the difficulty of the ribbon routine, which increased Nikolova's score and proved decisive for the final standings. The gold medal went to Germany's Darja Varfolomeev, and the bronze went to Italy's Sofia Raffaeli.
