The morning hours will be marked by a weak, and in the Danube plain and Ludogorie – moderate wind from the east-northeast. This may lead to reduced visibility in places in the plain parts of the country during the early hours.

Thermometers will show minimum temperatures between 7" and 12", with around 8" expected in the capital. Before noon, the rainfall will temporarily stop, giving a short respite of dry air. However, during the second half of the day, from west to east, rain clouds will appear again, with significant amounts of rainfall expected in places in the southwestern half of the country. The wind will be moderate, but now from the south-southeast. Maximum temperatures will reach between 13" and 18".

The situation on the Black Sea coast will also be cloudy, with showers of rain expected in the evening. The wind will be weak to moderate, blowing from the southeast, and the maximum temperatures will range between 17" and 19". The temperature of the sea water will be around 16" – 17", and the sea swell will be 2-3 Beaufort. Residents and guests of the coastal cities should be prepared for variable weather and potential rain.

The mountains will also be affected by the unfavorable meteorological conditions. After noon, rainfall is expected, and above 2200 meters – snowfall. The wind will be moderate to strong, blowing from the south-southwest. At an altitude of 1200 meters, the maximum temperature will be around 12", and at 2000 meters – around 4_q_. For this reason, it is recommended to avoid the mountains today, because of the unfavorable conditions and the potential danger.
