The caretaker government approved a draft for changes to Tariff No. 14, related to the introduction of the euro and adaptation to the Law on Management of Apartment Ownership (ZUES). The changes affect the fees for professional managers of apartment ownership.
Fees in euros:
- Initial registration: 80 euros (156.47 BGN)
- Electronic application for initial registration: 72 euros (140.82 BGN)
- Registration of a change of circumstances: 49 euros (95.84 BGN)
- Electronic application for a change of circumstances: 44.10 euros (86.25 BGN)
The fees are determined based on the Methodology for determining the cost-oriented amount of the fees.
The registration is valid for a period of 5 years, after which a new registration is required.
The project also includes electronic registers for professional building managers, combined into an information system, regulated by the ZUES (September 2023).
