Investments in waste management in Aytos
The Municipal Council in Aytos has taken an important decision to improve the environmental infrastructure in the region. The councilors approved the use of deductions under Article 64 of the Waste Management Act for the purchase of:
- New containers for separate waste collection;
- Specialized waste collection equipment.
Key decisions from the meeting
A number of documents important for the municipality were voted on at today's meeting:
The Mayor of Aytos, Vasil Edrev, received support for applying to the project "Ensuring conditions for the protection of endangered species".
- The report on the activities of the Municipal Council for the first half of 2026 was adopted.
- The report on the state of municipal property was approved.
- The annual report on the implementation of the Action Plan for municipal concessions was adopted.
Disposition of municipal property
The Municipal Council also approved several property management procedures:
- Termination of co-ownership of a property in the "Provadiysko Shose" area.
- Sale of two immovable properties in the village of Sadievo through a public auction.
- Public auction for 14 agricultural properties, municipal property.
