Temporary traffic organization on the Trakia Motorway
The Road Infrastructure Agency (RIA) has announced important changes to the traffic organization on the Trakia Motorway for today. The reason for the restrictions is scheduled work on cleaning bridge joints and mowing roadside vegetation.
Drivers should be especially careful and strictly follow the road signs placed in the indicated sections.
Main restrictions in the Pazardzhik region
- Section: Between the 61st and 78th kilometer (the Kalugerovo – Dolno Varshilo segment).
- Direction: Towards Burgas.
- Time interval: From 07:00 to 14:00.
- Organization: Phased restriction of passage in the active lane; traffic is diverted to the passing lane.
Changes in the Sofia region
- Section: Between the 28th and 34th kilometer.
- Direction: Towards Sofia.
- Time interval: From 06:30 to 13:00.
- Organization: Restriction of the emergency lane for mowing, with traffic flowing in the active and passing lanes.
The RIA reminds drivers to plan their trips in advance and to drive with increased caution in areas with repair work.
