The lowest temperatures in April in the country will be between minus 5 and 0 degrees, and the highest - between 24 and 29 degrees.
The average monthly temperature will be around and below the norm, which for most of the country is between 10 and 13 degrees, and for the Black Sea coast and the high fields - between 8 and 14 degrees. In the mountains, temperatures of minus 5 to 3 degrees are expected.
The monthly sum of precipitation will be above the norm. In the plains, between 30 and 75 liters per square meter are expected, and in the mountainous regions - between 60 and 100 liters per square meter.
First ten days: Temperatures will be lower than normal. There will be precipitation, and in some places in the Pre-Balkan and the high fields, the rain will mix with snow.
Second ten days: Precipitation will continue and it will be cold. Increased probability of significant rainfall around April 12 and between April 16 and 19.
Third ten days: Temperatures will rise and approach the climatic norms, but at the beginning the minimums will be low and frosts are expected. In the middle and at the end of the ten-day period, cold atmospheric fronts with short-lived precipitation, thunderstorms and hail are also expected.
