Fires in Bulgaria: Two Deaths and 74 Fires in 24 Hours

In the last 24 hours, 74 fires have been recorded in Bulgaria, resulting in two fatalities. Firefighters responded to 151 calls and conducted 64 rescue operations.

Over the past 24 hours in Bulgaria, 74 fires were registered, to which the fire services responded. Unfortunately, two people died in the fires.

The first death was registered in the city of Vidin, where a 65-year-old man died in a fire in an apartment. The second tragic incident occurred in the village of Drandar, Varna region, where a 44-year-old man died in a fire in a two-story house.

The fire services also performed 64 rescue operations and support operations, including in accidents, fallen trees, and other cases, to provide technical assistance.

Of the fires, 14 caused material damage, while 60 passed without damage. There were also 13 false alarms.
