Renovation of the Apostle's monument in Burgas
On the occasion of the 189th anniversary of the birth of Vasil Levski, his bust-monument in the Sea Garden of Burgas was thoroughly cleaned. The initiative is the work of journalists Kevork and Stepan Daduryan, supported by the Municipality of Burgas and the "Cleaning Burgas" consortium.
"This initiative is an expression of gratitude to the Apostle and a commitment to preserving our cultural and historical heritage," the organizers share.
Maintenance details
- Harmless detergents and water with a controlled temperature were used.
- The process was carried out with consideration for the 110-year history of the monument.
- The adjacent alley around the monument was also cleaned.
The Daduryan brothers have a personal mission in the maintenance of this site, as their ancestors participated in the construction of the Sea Garden. The action is becoming a tradition, held annually on dates associated with the life and death of Vasil Levski.
