The return of a legend: Peugeot E-208 GTi
Following the success of the concept model, Peugeot has officially unveiled the production version of the Peugeot E-208 GTi. The new car pays tribute to the classic 205 GTi while setting new standards in the electric segment.
The new Peugeot E-208 GTi was developed by the Peugeot Sport team to offer unmatched driving pleasure.
Dynamics and performance
- Electric motor: 281 hp and 345 Nm of torque.
- Acceleration: 0-100 km/h in 5.5 seconds.
- Range: Up to 375 km (WLTP) with a 54 kWh battery.
- Charging: From 10% to 80% in about 30 minutes (100 kW DC).
Sports enhancements
Unlike the standard model, the GTi version features a stiffer suspension (lowered by 30 mm), wider tracks, and high-performance Michelin Pilot Sport Cup 2 tires. The engineers have also added a limited-slip differential for maximum grip in corners.
Interior with a history
The cabin is inspired by the classic 205 GTi 1.6 and 1.9 models, featuring special seats with red accents, Alcantara, and the iconic GTi logo on the steering wheel.
