Official data from a large-scale survey by the leading HR platform JobTiger reveal significant challenges in the national labor market in July 2025. Experts note a noticeable contraction of job positions, affecting multiple economic sectors.
Statistics show a dramatic 12% drop in the number of job postings compared to the previous month, which equates to over 5,000 fewer employment opportunities. On an annual basis, the decline reaches 7% or around 3,000 postings, marking the sixth consecutive month of downward dynamics.
The most heavily affected sectors include hospitality and restaurants with an impressive decline of 27% (approximately 2,000 postings), followed by manufacturing (-12%), trade and sales (-10%), logistics and transportation (-11%).
Sectors with less pronounced but still noticeable reduction are administrative activities (-8%), marketing and advertising (-10%), healthcare and pharmacy (-6%), financial services (-5%), and information technology (-3%).
Only the construction sector demonstrates a positive annual dynamic with growth of 5%. Remote employment maintains a relative share of around 9%, with over half of these positions (55%) concentrated in the IT sphere.
Experts link the current market conditions to complex factors: summer season, economic stagnation, increasing automation, and trends towards labor import, which temporarily slow down the processes of hiring new employees.
