A revolutionary labor market trend is outlined by a large-scale study by the leading sociological agency "Alpha Research", published on July 30, 2025. The survey categorically demonstrates the changing attitudes among the young generation of Bulgarian workers.

An impressive 63% of respondents between 20 and 35 years old categorically declare a preference for remote or hybrid work formats. The motivations behind this choice are multi-layered – from optimizing personal time to reducing stress and financial savings.

In parallel, the study reveals the challenges facing the new model. Every fourth participant (27%) shares concerns about potential social isolation and limited opportunities for professional growth in the absence of direct work contacts.

Experts from "Alpha Research" emphasize that employers offering flexible conditions gain a significant competitive advantage. They manage to attract and retain young talents while simultaneously reducing turnover among young professionals.
