The preliminary hearing scheduled for February 17th in the case against the Mayor of Varna, Blagomir Kotsev, and four other people is postponed. The reason is a request from a lawyer due to official commitments in Sofia.
The court hearing has been adjourned until March 24th at 9:30 AM.
Kotsev was arrested in July 2025. An indictment was filed by the Sofia City Prosecutor's Office. The case will be heard in the Varna Regional Court by Judge Svetla Daskalova.
