The coaching staff of the football clubs FK "Zvezdenburg" and DFK "Zvezdichka" has started training in the program of the renowned Italian club Torino Football Club. This undertaking, aimed at improving the qualification and level of the coaching staff, represents a key step in the development of young talents in these Burgas teams.

Currently, part of the team of the two clubs is in Italy, where the training is taking place. The group includes Petar Aleksiev, director of DFK Zvezdichka, Vladimir Valchev, Panayot Gorov, Venelin Petkov, Ivan Donchev, Nikolay Hristov, Diyan Moldovanov and Dimitar Penov.

The first day of training was extremely intense and productive. The theoretical session, led by Casella Fulvio, head of the Academy International Program of Torino FC, laid the foundations of the process. The focus was on the philosophy, methodology and principles of work, characteristic of the Italian children's and youth schools - a model that the Burgas clubs have chosen to follow.

During the training, the coaches had the opportunity to closely observe the training process of the U17, U10 and U12 teams of Torino FC at the training center in Orbassano. On the spot, the atmosphere of professionalism and precision was palpable. The organization and attention to detail demonstrated by the Italian club served as an impressive example for the aspirations of the Burgas coaches.

The goals of this training are multifaceted. In addition to improving the qualification of the coaching staff of the two Burgas teams, the development of international partnerships is being sought. The ultimate goal is to create even better conditions for the growth of young footballers, following the established model of Torino Football Club.

FK "Zvezdenburg" and DFK "Zvezdichka" express their gratitude to football manager Plamen Peychev, whose support is key to the realization of this cooperation.

An example of the success of the partnership is Borislav Penkov, a graduate of FK "Zvezdenburg". In 2024, he joined the academy of Torino FC and is already achieving his first successes there, demonstrating the potential of the program and its positive effect on young players.
